The dandelion fritters (see link above) turned out really tasty, I thought. Ruth said I should have chopped the flowers finer, so they wouldn't feel furry.
So you tried that out, huh? I was thinking about it, but then I remembered that the kids get hives from dandelions on contact. I guess I'll have to try pigweed fritters!
